When you request an estimate

The form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide a phone number, project details, project type, and your property’s town or ZIP code. If you email us, we receive the message and any photos or other attachments you choose to send.

We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and keep a record of the inquiry. Our website and email service providers process messages to deliver and store them. The form sends an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. A request does not book an appointment or authorize work.

Please share only information relevant to your project. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identification, or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Website operation and spam protection

This website runs on ZenBusiness’s website platform, powered by Duda. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and requests to the website to operate it and help prevent abuse.

Our inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Google processes information about your device and interaction with the service under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Analytics and cookies

We use platform statistics and Google Analytics to understand which pages people use, how they find the site, and whether an estimate request was submitted successfully. These services can use cookies and device information. Google may receive page addresses, browser and device details, and your IP address when its services load.

The estimate conversion event records that a request succeeded. It is configured without the name, email, phone number, town, or project message entered in the form.
